The Association cares for approximately 350 acres of recreational amenities, including nine lakefront Parks, Boat Ramps, the Marina, Campground, Swimming Pool, Fitness Centers, Sports Facilities, Disc Golf, and gathering spaces for Members and their guests.

Our Mission

As stewards of LVPOA lands and facilities, we are dedicated to protecting, maintaining, and conserving a positive, family-friendly environment through clarity, harmony, and consistency.

A Message to Our Members

Caring for the Amenities We Share

Every day, our team works to keep LVPOA Parks, Facilities, Swimming Pool, Fitness Centers, and Marina running well for the Members who use them. That means maintaining all our amenities, responding to Member needs, and carrying out the priorities set by the Board of Directors.

Our focus is simple: serve Members well, care for what belongs to all of us, and keep improving the Lago Vista experience, one park, one facility, and one interaction at a time.

Every Member has access to these amenities, whether you visit a park daily or once a year. They belong to you, they are here when you want to use them, and our job is to help keep them ready. Maintaining them well protects the value of what we own together and strengthens the community we all share.
