New Owner & Getting Started

Recently purchased property within LVPOA? Start here to complete your title transfer and get access to Association Parks and amenities.

1

Allow Time for Your Title Transfer

New owners should allow at least 7–10 business days after closing before attempting to obtain vehicle stickers or access cards. This generally allows time for the title company to provide the necessary transfer documents to LVPOA.

2

Confirm Your Property Has Transferred

Access to LVPOA Parks and amenities can only be issued after the property has been transferred into your name. Contact the LVPOA office if you would like to check the status of your title transfer.

3

Request Access Cards & Vehicle Stickers

Once the title transfer is complete, register for your online account and use the available forms to request Access Cards and Vehicle Stickers for amenity access.

4

Display Your Vehicle Sticker

Vehicle Stickers provide proof of membership and are required on Member vehicles entering LVPOA Parks. Stickers are issued for vehicles owned by deeded property owners, and proof of vehicle ownership is required.
